Specializing in real estate law and transactions, Marc has been practicing for over 10 years. During that time, Marc has represented property owners and developers, individuals and large corporations. Marc is well versed in all facets of real estate law, including property transactions, entitlements, small lot subdivisions, and tract maps. Marc also has extensive experience negotiating loan payoffs and work-outs with financial institutions, as well as obtaining expedited resolutions with governmental agencies, such as city planning, building and safety and rent stabilization. Marc’s practice also includes landlord-tenant disputes and representing mobile home park owners in day-to-day management and defending failure to maintain lawsuits.
Marc is a principal of Southern California Student Housing. In this role, he has operational experience buying, selling, managing and developing properties and can provide practical, as well as legal guidance throughout such transactions.
In addition to receiving his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver, Marc holds a Masters of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. Marc completed his undergraduate studies at American University in Washington, D.C., receiving a B.A. in Law and Society with a business minor. Marc is a member of the California State Bar. He is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
